You must follow the steps below:

  1. Select the product category you are interested inThe specific type, such as dresses, accessories or coats, and the specific type, such as long dresses or blouses.

  2. Navigate to the product you are interested in and choose the size, color and quantity available. If you do not find your size or the desired color, you can contact us by e-mail at EMAIL.

  3. Add the item to your shopping cart.

  4. If you wish to proceed with your order, you have the option to register (recommended) or complete the purchase without registration. Don't forget to provide your full name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.

  5. Choose if you want to pick up your order at our store in Sevillelocated at Pages del Corro 85, or receive it by courier service. You can select the option of ordinary or express delivery.

  6. Select a payment method: credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or bank transfer.

  7. Confirm your order.

  8. You will receive an email confirming the details of your order.

SHIPPING

The shipping costs for the peninsula (Spain and Portugal) are of 6 eurosand the delivery time is 24/48 hours on working days.

If you want a express shipmentthe cost is 8 euros and the delivery time is 14 hoursThe purchase must be made before 14:00 hours from Monday to Friday in the peninsula (Spain and Portugal), excluding possible incidents in the transport.

For shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and Andorra, please check prices.

Please note that delivery times may vary during festive periods, such as Christmas, August and other holidays.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

You have a maximum period of 14 calendar days to make exchanges and/or returns upon receipt of the order.

To process your exchange or refund, you must essential to contact us by WhatsApp at 656 84 97 46  or by mail to info@purificacionabad.com indicating that you would like to make a return or exchange along with your name, surname and order number.

We will notify our transport agency and they will contact you by phone to arrange the pick up at your home, this service has a cost of 8€, which will be deducted from the amount of the refund.

The garment must be in perfect condition, with its label, packaging and must not have been worn. If once the garment is received, it is in unsuitable condition, it must be in perfect condition. NOT ACCEPTED  The customer will be responsible for the return or exchange of the goods, at the customer's expense.

For exchanges (for another size or another item if we have stock) the shipping costs will be 12€ (return shipping).

  • Both the cost of returns or exchanges shall be borne by the customer.
  • For purchases of items with STORE PICK-UP, RETURNS WILL BE FOR ANOTHER ITEM OR FOR A PURCHASE VOUCHER WITHOUT EXPIRATION.
  • NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE ACCEPTED ON ACCESSORIES: HEADDRESSES, PAMELAS, HANDBAGS, JEWELRY, BELTS, STOLES, GLOVES, MASKS...

What should I do if I have received a defective or incorrect item?

If you have received a defective or incorrect item within 14 calendar days of receipt, it is imperative that you contact us by WhatsApp at the following number 656 84 97 46 or by mail to info@purificacionabad.com indicating name, surname and order number and we will tell you how to proceed.

All items must be returned in the original shipping carton.

Once the item is received by us, we verify it and within 14 days maximum, we will proceed to make your exchange, provided that we have stock. Otherwise, we will proceed to refund the price of the product, in the same way in which the payment was made.
